Refund and Returns Policy


Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Who is eligible

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Items exempt from being returned

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Any product that has been opened, and is not in its original box, half used products or if it has exceeded the 30 days. We only accept returns in the box it arrived in.

To complete your return

It needs to be within in 30 days of receiving your order, if the item is unopened and in its original packaging. You will receive the money back within 5-15 business days after the package has been returned to Pure and if we have confirmed it has not been opened.
Please send us an email to stating the order number and the reason for returning. And we will get back to you with the return address and to arrange the refund.
Please note that the return shipping charges are of the customers responsibility, and is not included in t he refund. and a tracking number must be provided. We will only issue a refund once we receive the package.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


If you ordered by mistake or we cannot process your order for any reason, we will refund you. This is if your order has not been shipped, in the case your order was shipped, you will need to wait for your package to arrive, and take the necessary steps in returning it to us. (See above in Return Policy).

If you receive your order and there is a defect such as broken or spilled contents, you need to open a case by emailing us with your order number and a clear photo of the product within the first 48 hours upon receiving, And one of our trusted representatives will contact you to assist you on the matter.

Shipping returns

Since you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. (Shipping costs are non-refundable) we require a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach you may vary.
